itil training takes 3 to four days by standard,but u could study it by yourself though it may be difficult to understand if you not into ict stuffs..i could send you the videos and some books on itil..on a last note..it always good to have both the entry and intermediate level certification...more so their no training centers that i know of training itil at the masters level and if there are are you ready to pay their fees..250k and above..hit me back
